Performance & Destination of School Leavers
We are always proud of what our year 11 pupils achieve when leaving The Endeavour, and this year was no exception

Prior to leaving The Endeavour we take great care in ensuring that all of our pupils follow the most appropriate path for their needs and aspirations; as a school we actively engage with parents, providers and pupils in order to achieve this.
Our school leavers will normally go into open employment, employment with training or continuing education at college. The destinations of this year’s leavers are highlighted below.
